SFB Single-stage filter recovery spray booth
The MPB spray booth system with mobile platform has the following features:
1. The spray booth adopts a sandwich structure of imported engineering plastics, which is anti-static and does not absorb powder, achieving the highest powder loading rate on the spray gun and reducing powder consumption;
2. If an automatic flap is used, it can be quickly cleaned without entering the spray booth;
The bottom of the spray booth adopts an integrated steel plate platform load-bearing design, so that operators can enter the spray booth and the spray booth is durable;
3. Stainless steel plates can be used for the walkway at the bottom of the spray booth;
4. High-quality, long-life nano-film filter elements and patented filter element cleaning devices are used, and the filter element life can be up to several years;
5. Nano-film filter elements can capture dust above 0.1 microns without wasting any powder. At the same time, the filtered gas becomes clean air and can be directly circulated in the factory.
